Patients can self-refer for a triage assessment by phoning the Podiatry administration number above. You will receive a letter in the post asking you to contact within 3 weeks to arrange an appointment at one of our triage clinics. If you fail to opt-in within 28 day period you will be discharged from the service and you will be required to re-apply should you wish to access the service.
